Urgent Care Opportunity in Lafayette IN

- MD/DO
- Rotating schedule, including weekends Three 12-hour shifts per week
- 7:45am-8:15pm are the scheduled clinic hours
- Must be able to suture, splint, and perform common urgent care procedures
- Estimated 45 patients per day
- Credentialing will take 60 days

• Open to full time or part time working 12 hour shifts
• Will consider IMLC licensed providers
• Client will provide travel and lodging
