Full Time ER Physician needed in Kentucky

Coverage Details:
• Coverage needed per month: 60 shifts per month available to pick from
• Frequency of any Call needed: No call
• Schedule Details: Doctor shift times – 5a-2p, 6a-3p, 12p-9p, 2p-11p, 5p-3a, 9p-6a
Work Details:
• Support staff: 7 doctors, 4 APCs
• Department Description: All specialty support, able to keep most things other than transplants, burns, and spines for adults. There is also a pediatric hospitalist that will admit bread and butter Peds cases and ENT, orthopedics and general surgery will do appendectomies, but if PICU support is needed then they’re transferred out.
• Patient Volume: 164 in a 24hr period
• Patient Age Group: all ages
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
• Special Unit Details: Level 3 trauma center with 27 regular rooms, 3 BH rooms, 2 trauma rooms, 12 fast track rooms. Primary stroke center.
