Job description

Emergency Medicine physicians needed for a Kentucky ER locums opportunity through HCA and HealthTrust. This is an ASAP coverage need with a rotational schedule, 10 hour shifts, and support from physicians and APPs.

Shift Length: 10 hour shifts
Shift Options: Morning, mid, and night shifts
Hospital Size: 173 beds
Daily Census: About 85
Admission Encounters: About 16.9 billable admission encounters
Procedures: Standard ED procedures
Staffing: 1 to 2 physicians plus APP support
Orientation: 2 day shadow and orientation before first shift
Emergency Privileges: Available for clean files

Requirements:
BC Emergency Medicine preferred
BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine may be considered with EM experience
New grads may be considered
Must be comfortable with standard ED procedures
Clean file preferred for emergency privileges
