Job description

Schedule Details:
• Start date: 12/1/2026
• Coverage needed per month: 6-8x 24hr (hourly) shifts, or 12-16x 12hr (hourly) shifts, or a combination of each.
• Frequency of any Call needed: None – zero call shifts, only on-site hourly
• Schedule Details: 24hr hourly shifts are 7a-7a, 12hr hourly shifts may be 7a-7p or 7p-7a

Work Details:
• Support staff: RNs, techs, mid-level 10a-10p
• Department Description: 10-bed ER (25-bed community hospital) serving residents of the community since 1981.
• Patient Volume: 35 per day
• Patient Age Group: 25% peds, 75% adults
• EMR/Documentation System: Meditech

Requirements:
• Are Board Certifications Req’d: Emergency Medicine (required)
• Which State License(s) Req’d: KY
• Certifications Req’d: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• CSR Req’d: Yes
• DEA Req’d: Yes

Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 30 days (can be expedited)

• December start
