We are seeking a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician for Bay City, MI.
We are seeking a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide onsite coverage across multiple shifts from late December 2025 through early 2026. This role is perfect for experienced EM clinicians who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and are committed to excellent patient care.

09:00 – 21:00
14:00 – 00:00
20:00 – 06:00

🩺 Work Environment:
~80 patients/day (~1.8 patients/hour per physician)
Strong APP support (12 hours/day)
Full ED support: nursing, techs, lab, radiology
EHR: Cerner
Work with a dedicated team focused on safe, efficient, compassionate care

🔧 Key Skills & Procedures:
Airway & ventilation management
Central line & arterial line placement
Minor fractures and lacerations (sutures & I&D)
Lumbar puncture, paracentesis, arthrocentesis
Newborn resuscitation
Uncomplicated psychiatric cases (all ages)
EKG interpretation
Adult & pediatric EM care

🎯 Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified EM, IM, or FM
2+ years recent ED experience

Active Michigan medical license (no IMLC)
ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
Local provider only
