West Branch (level IV)
Needing Physician at Mt. Pleasant for 12/24 & 12/25
Needing ongoing Physician to work 8ish shifts per month at Alpena, will be able to get cross credentialed to pick up at other locations for dates as well.
Have provider going on maternity leave in Feb, but will look at starting someone in January
12 hour shifts
7a to 7p and 7p to 7a
45-60 day credentialing, can possibly be sooner depending on responsiveness of provider
23,000 annual volume at Alpena
Solo physician coverage working alongside APPs
EMR is Epic
Strong preference for BC/BE Emergency Medicine
Will only consider FM trained physician with extensive EM experience

• 4 facilities to credential at (Must be able to pick up at Alpena)
• EMR is Epic
• Freestanding-Trauma lvl 3
