Job description

Position Highlights:
- Start Date: 9/21/2026
- Dates of need: Now through January 17th, 2027
- Work schedule: 12-hour shifts, either 8a-8p or 8p-8a (11 per month)
- Responsibilities: Be the sole ER Provider on duty for a Critical Access Hospital.
- Average patients: 15 per day
- Common conditions being treated: Pediatric and Adult Rural Emergency Medicine Care: Respiratory, Cardiac, Stroke, Trauma
Common procedures include: Cardioversion, RSI, Fish Hook Removal, Laceration Repair, etc.
- Support staff: Registered Nurses and Tele Hospitalist Internal Medicine Provider support provided from St Cloud Hospital
- Seeking a provider to cover and provide care in a rural Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department. The Emergency Department runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Level 4 Trauma Designation. Stroke Ready Hospital.
-Need: Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with ER Training, Board-Certified APP (NP or PA) with ER Training, or Board-Certified Trained Emergency Medicine Physician.
