Emergency Medicine Opportunity in Missouri

Opportunity Highlights:

• Busy Level III Trauma Center with strong support staff

Opportunity Details:
• Location: Missouri
• Positions: 2 providers needed
• Schedule: 10–14 shifts per month
• Shift Length: 10 hours
• Start Times: 5a, 8a, 12p, 3p, 6p, or 9p
• No call required

Work Details:
• Patient Volume: 100–120 patients per day (~40,000 annually)
• Patient Population: All ages
• Facility: Level III Trauma Center, Stroke and STEMI Center
• ED Layout: 26 patient bays, 4 split-flow rooms, and 3 trauma bays
• Support Staff: 8 APPs managing their own patient load, strong nursing support (3:1 ratio or better)
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements:
• ABEM Board Certified
• Active Missouri license required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS required
• Clean background required

Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days with an active Missouri license.
