• Volume in ER is about 7 patients per day, super low
• Can work 12s or 24 hour shifts
• Ability to work 24-72 hours straight
• Dorms available for sleep
• Support staff: 1 MA & RN
• Solo physician coverage in the ER
• EMR: Athena
