Job description

• Urgent Care in Philadelphia- 4 locations (zip code 19134, 19128, 19102, 19147)
• October-ongoing,
• LOCAL, COMMUTABLE PROVIDERS ONLY
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine ONLY
• All Ages Only
• Shift times are: M-F 8am-8pm and Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm
• 3-4 patients per hour typical primary care and light trauma
• Will credential quickly

• 4 different urgent cares locations all with available shifts
• 2-3 week credentialing picking up as much or as little as the provider would like
• 3-4 patients per hour seeing typical primary care and light trauma patients
