Job description

Opportunity Highlights:
• Open ICU (4 beds) with low admission and transfer rates
• ~26,000 annual ED visits
• Fast track available (6 beds)
• Supportive site with training plans available if needed

Schedule:
• Flexible scheduling (details to be discussed)

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Acute care hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Admission rate: ~10%
• Transfers: 2% or less
• Adult patients only (no pediatrics)
• Imaging available: CT, MRI, Ultrasound, bedside ultrasound
• Physicians respond to floor codes

Requirements:
• Active New Mexico license required
• BC/BE (ABEM preferred)
• Physicians not EM-certified may be considered with training plan
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS required

Additional Details:
• Credentialing timeframe: 3–6 months
