Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide standard solo Emergency Room coverage for 12-hour shifts
• Work alongside 1 physician with 2 mid-level providers in split coverage model
• Handle annual patient volume of 32,000 with daily volumes of 90-100 patients
• Typically see 18-20 patients per 12-hour shift
• Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• NC Medicaid credentialing and PECOS enrollment required
• Active North Carolina medical license required (IMLC not accepted)
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 14 days
• EMR system: Meditech 6.1
• Open ICU available for patient care
• 24-hour support services include Anesthesia, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Radiology
• Hospital-owned apartments provided for housing
• Travel costs capped at $500
• Available shifts include both day (7A-7P) and night (7P-7A) coverage

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
