Hourly Rate:
✔ W2: $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (paid quarterly)
✔ 1099: $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (paid quarterly)
Position Overview
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a hospital in Devils Lake, ND. This role focuses on providing high-acuity emergency care, including rapid assessment, critical interventions, and life-saving procedures in a 10,000-volume emergency department.
Compensation & Benefits
✔ W2: $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (quarterly)
✔ 1099: $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (quarterly)
✔ Approx. annual earnings up to $615,600 depending on structure
✔ Sign-On Bonus
✔ $50,000 (forgivable over 3 years)

Schedule
✔ Full-time, 12-hour shifts
✔ Day, night, and weekend rotation
✔ Mid-level support during peak hours
Qualifications
✔ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔ ABEM certification preferred
✔ Eligible for North Dakota medical license
✔ ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required
✔ Strong procedural and critical care skills
✔ Experience in emergency and trauma care preferred
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide emergency care for acute illness, injury, and trauma
✔ Perform rapid triage and patient assessment
✔ Execute procedures such as intubation, chest tubes, central lines, and resuscitations
✔ Manage critically ill patients (sepsis, stroke, MI, respiratory failure, trauma)
✔ Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and labs
✔ Administer emergency medications and advanced therapies
✔ Determine patient disposition (admit, discharge, transfer, or observation)
✔ Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and specialists
✔ Maintain accurate EMR documentation
✔ Support quality improvement and peer review initiatives
