Located in the western pacific, a short flight from Guam and 3 hours from Japan, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) is a popular
tourist destination rich in history, culture and natural resources., just 5 miles wide by 12 miles long, is the largest and most populated of the
14 islands making up an archipelago that stretches 400 miles (north to south) along the edge of the Marianas Trench.
50,000 population. 75 Bed Hospital. ER, FP or IM with ER Experience. ACLS, ATLS and PALS required. 12 hr sifts. Typically 40 - 50 patients/ 24 hr. There is PA coverage 16 hrs 7 days a week. OB,IM,PED,GS,Neph,Psy, services on call. Only occasional trauma as top speed on island is 40 Sign up or sign in for contact information 4:30, ER is the only show on Saipan. So there are many walk ins. High Peds population little Geriatric. As a commonwealth Saipan pays negligible fed taxes. Max 9.5% for our combined local and federal tax so makes take home pay much higher. J1 H1 visa also available.

The work environment is relaxed and the island itself is a tropical paradise with plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun. The cost of living here is low.
