Specialty: Emergency Medicine

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts

Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

APP Shifts: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Coverage: Nights and weekends required

Estimated Shifts: Minimum 5+ per month, ongoing availability for 12+ months

Start Date: As soon as credentialed (minimum 60+ days)

Overtime: Not available

Hospital/ED Details

Number of Beds: 17

Annual Volume: 24,500–25,500 visits (approx. 55–60 per day)

Transfer Locations: Riverside, Grant, Genesis, OSU, Aultman (OB)

Transfer Percentage: 4.94%

Credentialing & Requirements

Credentialing Timeline: 45–60+ days

Board Certification: ABMS or AOA in IM/FM

State License: Ohio (IMLC accepted with proof of LOQ within 3 business days)

Required Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience

Background: Clean, self-query NPDB at time of name clear

COVID Vaccination: Required
