Emergency Medicine physician needed for a low volume Oklahoma critical access hospital coverage opportunity through Concord Medical Group. This opportunity is not affiliated with TeamHealth, HWL, SCP, or another VMS.

Opportunity Details:
Rate: $130/hr
Setting: Critical access hospital ER
Location: Northwest Oklahoma
Open Dates: 5/26 to 6/11, 6/16 to 6/18, and 6/23 to 6/25
Hospital Size: 25 inpatient beds
ED Beds: 6
Monthly ED Volume: About 172 encounters per month
Inpatient Census: About 9 inpatients daily
Shift Model: Hybrid coverage
Coverage Hours: 7a to 7a
Shift Length: 24 hour coverage
Block Option: Can cover up to 5 days straight
EMR: Epic
Support: CT, X ray, some ultrasound, and labs available 24/7
On Site Space: Physician suite with sleep room, refrigerator, and desk
Additional Notes: Swing bed program is a major part of the inpatient volume, with swing bed patients seen once per week

Requirements:
Completion of residency required
Residents not accepted
ER experience required
BE or BC in FP or Emergency Medicine preferred, but not required
ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS required
Files with background concerns reviewed case by case
