• Aug/Sept 2026 start
• 124 Bed, Community Hospital
• 17 bed ED
• 17,400 Annual Visit ED
• 18% Admission rate from the ED
• Level III Trauma Center
• Visa Eligible
• Cerner EMR
• Dragon Dictation
• 10 bed ICU (covered by Hospitalist)
• Backup: Radiology (in house during day and tele at night) Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Pulmonary (tele pulm), Hospitalist, Anesthesiology, Ultrasound, OB/GYN, General Surg, Optho, Podiatry, Gastro, ENT, Cardio , Neuro
• EM and FM Boarded (eligible if out of residency)
• OK State License
• OK State DEA
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• 12 hour shifts. 24 hours of coverage
