Job description

Emergency Medicine physician needed for a coastal Oregon ER locums opportunity. This site is located right on the western US coast and has an ongoing full time physician need starting June 2026.

Opportunity Details:
Rate: $270/hr
Setting: Hospital based Emergency Department
Location: Coastal Oregon
Start Date: June 2026
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Annual Volume: About 12k
Daily Volume: About 35 to 45 patients per day
ED Rooms: 9 private monitored rooms, including 2 trauma or resuscitation bays
Additional Rooms: 3 triage or treatment rooms
Patient Population: All demographics
EMR: Epic
Shift Times: 7:45a to 7:45p and 7:45p to 7:45a
Schedule Need: Full time physician coverage

Requirements:
Active OR license required
Current ABEM or AOBEM
ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required
Must be proficient in Epic EMR
Must provide documentation of emergency medicine services within the previous 24 months
Recent training graduates must provide training log

• $270/hr ER locums on the Oregon coast
• Lower volume ED with about 12k annual visits
• 12 hour shifts with Epic EMR and ongoing need
