Locum Emergency Medicine Physician | Level I Trauma Center | Philadelphia, PA | 12-Hour Shifts, No Call

Job description

Start: January 4, 2027 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 13 weeks (ongoing)
Coverage: Emergency department bench coverage
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days and nights; 2–3 shifts per week; flexible on hours
Call: No call
Volume: Approximately 80,000 ED visits annually
Practice Setting: Level I trauma center, 900+ beds

• Emergency evaluation, treatment, and disposition of high-acuity ED patients
• Day and night shift coverage with flexible hours
• Documentation in Epic
• Expedited credentialing for providers scheduled in January

Requirements
• ABEM Board Certification required
• Active Pennsylvania license required
• Local candidates preferred
