Practice Setting:
Inpatient emergency department
18 ER bays
Patient population: All ages

Staffing Model:
FSED: 1:1 physician to APP
Main campus: 1 physician to 2 APPs until after 2:00 AM, then transitions to 1:1 at 8:00 AM

Orientation:
2-hour onboarding process for EMR and local quality measures
Two shadow shifts following onboarding

Requirements:
• Board Certified (Primary Care Physician with strong EM experience will be considered)
• Active Tennessee license required
• Solid ER experience required
• Standard EM case logs including intubations, central lines, and laceration repairs

Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Emergency privileges available for qualified providers
