Position and schedule
• Emergency Medicine physician locums
• Will consider ABEM FM or IM with appropriate Emergency Medicine experience
• All ages seen
• Shifts are 12 or 24 hours
• Need is 10 to 12 shifts per month per physician
Clinical environment
• Critical access hospital setting
• Support staff includes RNs and access to other specialty physicians
• Mixed acuity typical of rural community Emergency Departments
Requirements
• Board certification required ABEM FM or IM
• Active West Virginia license or IMLC pathway
• DEA required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
