Job description

• Contract Length: 6 months to start
• Shift Details: 12-14 shifts needed each month
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts varying days and nights, 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Support staff: APP support
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 12-14 shifts per month
• Patients per day: 10,000 – 12,000 annually
• Patient population/age: all ages
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 10 ED beds
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: required will consider IMLC or WV temp license
• DEA: required
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required:
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• Willing To License?: YES
