Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telemedicine Physician to provide high-quality virtual care through scheduled and on-demand patient encounters. This role requires physicians to conduct evaluations and treatment sessions via a secure telehealth platform, serving both cash-pay and payer-reimbursed patients. All encounters will be documented within the Doctronic platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual consultations with patients through Doctronic EHR, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions while adhering to best telehealth practices.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with state and federal telemedicine regulations.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans within the Doctronic EHR
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and medical licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for continuity of care.
Requirements:
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least 40 U.S. state, (50 states is preferred).
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related field.
• Experience with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach to telehealth care.
• Familiarity with reimbursement models for both cash-pay and payer-reimbursed telemedicine encounters.
Schedule & Commitment:
• Minimum weekly scheduling of 20 hours is required.
• Must be willing to work weekends and overnight.
Desired State Licenses:
• Minimum requirements: IMLCC states plus CA, and NY
• Best if you had licenses across all 50 states plus DC.
