Endocrinologist Needed in Illinois

Job description

Endocrinologist opportunity available in IL
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM), with approximately two weeks of coverage per month; the current schedule will be maintained through December, with the provider able to select their preferred coverage weeks beginning in January.
Additional Details:
- Support staff: RN, diabetes educator, dietitian, 1 APP
- Department Description: Endocrinology / outpatient clinic
- Patient Age Group: Adults
- Unit Details: common conditions managed are hyper/hypo thyroid, graves/ disease, thyroid nodules, pituitary issues, diabetes. Can do FNA.

Licensure: Active IL license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30 days
