📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: July 2026 (pending credentialing)
🔹 Duration: Through October 20, 2026
🔹 Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
🔹 Coverage Need: 0.5–0.6 FTE (shared with another locum provider)
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 8-hour shifts, option for 2.5–3 days per week or 1–2 weeks per month
🔹 Call: Answering service pager coverage during business hours only

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Setting: Outpatient endocrinology clinic
🔹 Patient Population: Ages 16+
🔹 Volume: 12–16 patients per day
🔹 Procedures: None required
🔹 Responsibilities: No rounding or admissions, recent clinical activity required within past 24 months in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism
🔹 Team: Work alongside section lead Endocrinologist and PA
🔹 EMR: Epic

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Endocrinology
🔹 Active state license required OR eligible for IMLC (expedited licensure)
🔹 Must obtain Washington license within 2 weeks of presentation via IMLC
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience
🔹 Epic experience preferred
