Endocrinologist - Bellingham, WA

Job description

START- July (Fast creds for July Start urgent credentialing so WA license must be in hand at time of presentation if they have an IMLC the WA license must be obtained within 2 weeks of presentation

We are looking for someone who could work 2.5-3 days per week, or 1-2 weeks a month.

FTE- Total approval is 1.0 but gap is .5-.6 we have another locum provider working the other portion

Hours- 8hr days

M-F 8a-5p

CALL REQUIREMENT- Answering service pager services only during business hours
DURATION- Approved through 10/20/26
WHY Open?- Gap in coverage

Patient Demographics- 16+
Average patients per day 12-16
Required Procedures- None
Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) - Applicant must provide documentation of provision of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months
Working Solo?- No, will be working with section lead Endocrinologist and PA

License- WA licensed or IMLC (with ability to get a WA license within 2 weeks of presentation is REQUIRED
