Opportunity Healthcare, a leading locums and placement firm, is at the forefront of "Connecting the Best in Healthcare." We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant to join a clinic in northern Sonoma County.          
 
Your New Role:
- Family NP or PA
- Outpatient Primary Care role
- Can work 4 or 5 day work week
- Clinic is open Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
- 18-20 patients per day
- Next Gen EMR
 
What’s in the Offer:
- Base salary of up to $155,000 - $185,000

Requirements:
- Certifications: CA License needed       
- Experience: 1+ Years of experience needed
