Job description

Position Highlights:
• Outpatient setting
• 8a–5p, Monday–Friday (days only)
• Full-time coverage
• Typically no more than 14 patients per day
• All ages – strong pediatric presence (near children’s hospital) with general adult population
• Embedded services: behavioral health, therapy, dermatology (easy internal referral process)
• EMR: Epic
• Bread-and-butter Family Medicine

Requirements (must have in hand):
• Active CA license
• Active CA DEA
• AHA BLS
• Minimum 2 years Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
• Must be comfortable seeing all ages

Spanish, Chinese, or Russian language skills are highly preferred.

Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days.
