Permanent Family Nurse Practitioner needed in Rocklin, CA

Position Highlights:

Full-time or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
Competitive physician compensation $154,000 - $185,000+, medical benefits (medical, dental, vision), 27 vacation days, 11 paid holidays, 8+ days sick leave, 401k 6% match, CME allowance, DEA fee waiver and low patient to provider ratio, Loan repayment opportunities, etc. 
Start: November 2026
Credentialing: 60-90 Days - Can expedite credentialing!
Monday–Friday schedule
(8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Case Types: Bread-and-butter family medicine in an outpatient setting. MUST SEE ALL AGES.
See approximately 16–18 patients per day
eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR
Support: Must be able to work autonomously. Have other physicians, app's, support staff at clinic.
Opportunity to help establish a new clinic from the ground up. (Physicians start in Auburn and transfer to Rocklin when new clinic opens March 2027.)

Qualifications:

Family Nurse Practitioner - ***MUST be eligible to apply for 103 NP Certification by BRN***
Board Certified - Will only accept candidates that see ALL AGES.
California license MUST be ACTIVE.
Credentialing required prior to start (approximately 90 days) - Can expedite if necessary.
