Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Family Medicine and Urgent Care locum assignment in Naturita, Colorado. This role supports a non-profit Rural Health Clinic serving patients of all ages.

Work Environment & Schedule-
Coverage Dates: September 8 – November 11, 2026
Monday–Friday schedule
4 ten-hour shifts per week
Sole medical provider
Rural Health Clinic setting
EMR: Athena

Clinical Scope-
Chronic condition management
Annual physicals and preventive care
Acute illness treatment
Urgent care services
Stabilization and transfer of emergent patients
Patients of all ages

Additional Requirements-
Active, unrestricted Colorado license
Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience
DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
CV in MM/YYYY format with all work and education gaps explained
