4-day work week
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our group full time in Clearwater, FL. Ideally, we are looking for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner who is eager to learn, enjoys helping others, and has US guided injection and/or joint injection experience. We utilize general interventional pain management techniques within our practice, to include joint and trigger point injections and the incoming Physician assistant/NP will be performing these procedures.

Our dedicated team consists of a medical doctor, physician assistant, chiropractic physician, rehab techs, and support staff- who collaborate to provide our patients with the highest level of care.
Duties:
• Patient exam/evaluation and consultations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care
• Treatments- perform trigger point, tendon sheath, and joint injections (Ultrasound guided) we can provide training if needed
• Documentation and progress notes- timely and accurate
