Schedule

Clinic Hours

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Providers may choose from:

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Morning + Afternoon)
1:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Afternoon + Evening)
Optional 12-hour shifts may be available for providers seeking additional hours.

Saturday coverage is approximately one Saturday per month with flexibility in the rotation.

Administrative Time

We value provider efficiency and work-life balance. For every four hours of patient care, providers receive one hour of dedicated administrative time for charting and documentation.

Practice Details

Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care
Family Medicine and Internal Medicine experience welcomed
Scheduled for approximately 20 patients per day
Average daily volume of 12–15 patients after no-shows
Standard outpatient primary care procedures
Vaginal exams may be performed but are not required

Credentialing

Our client offers an expedited credentialing process with emergency privileges available when appropriate. Most providers can be credentialed in approximately two weeks, allowing for a quick start.

Qualifications

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Active Massachusetts license or ability to obtain
Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine experience preferred
Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month assignment
Compensation
