Clinicians must have at least one year of primary care experience with demonstrated competency in managing type 2 diabetes, including familiarity with oral diabetes medications, GLP agents, and insulin; patients with complex diabetes will be scheduled only with clinicians who have diabetes specialty experience. Required credentials include a state DNP license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority; board certification is negotiable.
