Job description

Home Health FNP Needed in NC:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Full time or part time available. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Work details:
- Paid for a full day regardless of patient volume
- Must be enrolled/Credentialed in Medicare
- Conduct 5–6 in-home health assessments per day
- Perform annual risk assessments and chronic condition reviews
- Assessment-only role — no treatment or prescribing required
- Escalate urgent findings to the patient’s PCP

SC License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
