Job description

• FM MD or NP needed for PRN coverage
• March 15-16 & 20-21
• 9am-5pm is when the clinic is open but hours may vary for provider we send
• Ages newborn to 22. Must be comfortable with children
• Possible things they will need to treat
Sick
Asthma
ADHD
Depression/anxiety
Minor sutures
Blood draws
Well Child Exams
