📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as credentialed (target start within 2–3 weeks)
🔹 Contract Length: 3 months with potential to extend
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🔹 40 hours per week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic coverage only – no call
🔹 Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2–3 weeks

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Outpatient community health center setting
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Dedicated medical assistant assigned to each provider with additional support from reception staff, mental health therapists, dietitians, pediatric providers, and clinic leadership
🔹 See up to 18 patients per day in a fast-paced ambulatory environment
🔹 Patient population includes newborns through geriatrics; pediatric experience required
🔹 Community health setting serving diverse and vulnerable patient populations, including migrants and refugees; interpreter services available onsite
🔹 Clinical services include family medicine, same-day walk-in/acute care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and outpatient ambulatory services
🔹 Procedures include injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care
🔹 One week of onsite orientation with expectation to begin independent patient care by day three
🔹 Travel provided, including flight, rental car or mileage, and lodging (subject to client travel guidelines)

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Nurse Practitioner required
🔹 Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license required (no licensing assistance available)
🔹 Active Washington DEA required
🔹 BLS required
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of Family Practice Nurse Practitioner experience required
🔹 Comfortable treating patients of all ages, including pediatrics
🔹 Community health and/or Federally Qualified Health Center experience preferred
🔹 Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus but not required
🔹 Clean background required; malpractice history will not be considered
🔹 COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations required
🔹 Name clear and CV required prior to presentation
