📋 Contract Details
🔹 Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as credentialed (providers should be available to start within 2–3 weeks)
🔹 Assignment Length: 3 months with potential extension
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only – No call
🔹 Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
🔹 Shift: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
🔹 Full-time, 40 hours per week
🔹 Travel, lodging, and rental car or mileage provided for eligible assignments
🔹 Credentialing: Approximately 2–3 weeks

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Outpatient Community Health Center with walk-in and urgent care services
🔹 Care for patients of all ages, from newborns through geriatrics
🔹 See up to 18 patients per day
🔹 Dedicated medical assistant assigned to each provider
🔹 Collaborative team including mental health therapists, dietitians, physicians, and administrative support
🔹 Fast-paced ambulatory practice serving diverse and underserved communities, including migrants and refugees
🔹 Interpreter services available
🔹 Perform routine urgent care and primary care procedures, including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 One-week onsite orientation with patient care beginning by day 3

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/APRN)
🔹 Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license required
🔹 Active Washington DEA required
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of experience
🔹 Epic experience required
🔹 BLS and ACLS certifications required
🔹 Clean background with no malpractice history
🔹 COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations required
🔹 Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced outpatient setting
🔹 Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus
