MMEDIATE NEED: NP/PA in Tuba City, AZ

Job description

- February 26 – July 31, with the potential to extend coverage
- Start date is dependent on completion of facility temp privileges before we can officially start
- Will need to complete the items below
- Work schedule: 8a – 5p, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- Types of cases:
- Adult vaccinations (flu, shingles, covid)
- Flu/covid for kids under 18
- Diabetes screening (lipids, blood pressure)
- Pregnancy testing, birth control
- Some respiratory visits
- For positive covid calls, connect with patient’s Primary Care provider who orders paxlovid/Rx for them… notifiy patients for positive tests
- Treating all ages 3+
- Working alongside physician and Physician Assistant
- Travel/lodging accommodations provided
