Facility:
This medical center operates a comprehensive NICU department with 15 beds, providing specialized neonatal care to critically ill newborns. The facility maintains high standards of care and requires providers to work at both locations to ensure continuity of patient services.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Details:
• Provide neonatal intensive care services with 4-6 patient encounters per shift
• Must have PACNP (Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner) training
• NPR certification required through ARC or AHA
• DEA Certificate and Board Certification required
• Work rotating shift schedule: 4P-8A weekdays and 2P-8A weekends
• Must work at both facility locations as assigned
• Active Arizona medical license required (AZ only)
• Provider must reside 90+ miles from facility location
• 120-day credentialing timeframe required
• Must be contracted with agency prior to bidding
• Complete CAQH Questionnaire and all credentialing documents required
• Start date: June 1, 2026 - Ongoing
• No overtime rates available for this assignment
