This medical center features a modern 15-bed ICU department that provides critical care services to the community. The facility maintains high standards of patient care and offers comprehensive support for healthcare providers in a collaborative environment.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Details:
• Provide critical care services in ICU setting with 8-10 patient encounters per shift
• Must have active DEA certificate and board certifications
• CCNP training documentation required for all NPs
• BLS and ACLS certifications required through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Must be willing to work both 12-hour shift times: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
• Active Arizona state license required (no IMLC accepted)
• Must be located 90+ miles from facility location
• Provider must be contracted with agency prior to placing bid
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 120 days
• CAQH Questionnaire completion required
• All credentialing and enrollment must be completed prior to start date
• Level 3 trauma facility with comprehensive critical care capabilities
• Start date: June 1, 2026 - Ongoing assignment

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
