Bullhead City, AZ | Family Nurse Practitioner | August Start | 13-Week Assignment

* Start: ASAP
* Contract Length: 13 weeks with ongoing potential
* Outpatient setting
* Scheduled clinical hours only
* No call

Practice Details:

* Approximately 40 patients per shift
* Support: 2 Medical Assistants and 2 office staff
* EMR: Athena
* 6-bed department
* Level V Trauma facility

Requirements:

* Family Nurse Practitioner
* Board Certified/Board Eligible
* Active Arizona license
* ABLS and ACLS required

Credentialing:

* Approximately 10 days
* Quick start available
