Family Nurse Practitioner Needed in Arizona

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Scheduled outpatient clinical hours.

• Outpatient Family Medicine coverage
• Approximately 40 patients per shift
• Support from 2 MAs and 2 office staff
• Athena EMR
• ABLS and ACLS required

Active Arizona License or IMLC Accepted (We can help license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 10 days
