Advanced Practice - Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Family Practice

Job Details:
• See 18 patients per day in a mixed adult and pediatric practice setting
• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Internal medicine experience accepted; pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Must complete chart closure within 72 hours
• Minimum 3 years of experience in panel management preferred
• Active California medical license required
• PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
• NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedule II authorization
• Active DEA registration required before starting
• Board certification required with BLS certification
• Must provide detailed CV with month/date work experience and account for all employment gaps
• Required immunizations: Flu vaccine, TB status/X-ray (within 90 days), positive MMR titer or complete series, positive Hepatitis B titer or complete series, positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete series, Tdap (within 10 years)
• Credentialing timeframe 30-90 days
• Decision typically made within 7-14 days
• Housing consultation available through Open Door
• 30-day notice required for assignment termination

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
