Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Family Practice

Job Details:
• Provide primary care services with 18 patient encounters per day minimum
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Care for a mixed patient population including pediatrics and adults
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience in similar setting with panel management
• Experience with chronic pain management required
• Complete chart closure within 72 hours
• Active DEA license required before starting
• Must hold active California medical license
• Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe is 45-60 days
• Required immunizations include: Flu vaccine, TB status/X-ray (within 90 days), positive MMR titer or complete series, positive Hep B titer or complete series, positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete series, and Tdap (within last 10 years)
• Housing coordination available through facility contact

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
