Job description

• Looking for NP or PA
• ASAP start
• M-F
• 8:30a-5:30p (1 hour to do admin) will see patients from 9a-5p
• Would be open to provider that can do at least 3 days a week – prefers 5 days
• Must be able to see all ages
• 50/50 adults/kids
• 10-12 patients per day
• Duties: seeing patients for exams, diagnosing, vax recommendations, referrals, health assessments, etc.
• Support Staff: Provider will have 1:1 MA and LPN to assist
• Very quick credentialing (1 week or less)
• EMR: Evolve NetSmart
