Opportunity:
Advanced Practitioners - Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% outpatient primary care adult medicine setting
• Open to Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule with flexible scheduling options available
• No call required
• Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial treatment plans
• Develop plans for further evaluation of patient health needs including referrals to specialists and other health team members
• Provide appropriate treatment for problems within scope of practice and refer outside cases to physician as needed
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented, well-resourced environment with dedicated support through the Office of Advanced Practice
• Opportunity to quickly build a strong patient panel in a highly desirable Connecticut location
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting required
• APRN (Family Nurse Practitioner) or PA training required
