Job Details:
- Join a seasoned and collegial primary care team in the charming town of Ellington, CT
- Role is open to Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA)
- 100% outpatient primary care setting focused on Family Medicine
- Full-time position with weekdays only schedule - enjoy a 4-day work week option!
- No call required
- Maintain your own continuity panel with protected admin time and robust support staff
- Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients
- Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to specialists and other health team members
- Provide appropriate treatment for problems within scope of practice and refer to physician when needed
- Requires unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a primary care or similar setting required
