Job Details:

  • Join a seasoned and collegial primary care team in the charming town of Ellington, CT
  • Role is open to Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA)
  • 100% outpatient primary care setting focused on Family Medicine
  • Full-time position with weekdays only schedule - enjoy a 4-day work week option!
  • No call required
  • Maintain your own continuity panel with protected admin time and robust support staff
  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients
  • Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to specialists and other health team members
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within scope of practice and refer to physician when needed
  • Requires unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a primary care or similar setting required
