Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an Urgent Care/Primary Care practice in Lutz, FL. This position provides comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric and adult patients during November and December 2026, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Schedule
✓ Monday through Friday
✓ Practice hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
✓ Full-time or part-time availability
✓ Coverage needed for November and December 2026

Key Responsibilities
✓ Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients
✓ Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' overall health
✓ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
✓ Evaluate and treat walk-in patients as needed
✓ Develop appropriate treatment plans and recommend follow-up care
✓ Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
✓ Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options
✓ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications
✓ Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
✓ Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
✓ Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
✓ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
✓ Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
✓ Ability to provide care for both pediatric and adult patients
✓ Experience managing walk-in patients in an urgent care or primary care setting
✓ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills
✓ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
