We are seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners to provide mobile and concierge healthcare services through patient visits at homes, hotels, and offices in New York City, New Jersey, and Miami, Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for NPs interested in per-diem work, PRN opportunities, part-time clinical assignments, or independent contractor arrangements. Providers can share their availability and preferred working hours.

Providers typically complete approximately **2–3 visits per day**, depending on availability and scheduling needs. Visit volume may vary.

### Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled patient visits in homes, hotels, offices, and other approved locations.
- Perform clinical assessments and evaluate patients within your scope of practice.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and provide clinically indicated care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain appropriate medical records.
- Provide patient education and follow-up recommendations as appropriate.
- Comply with applicable state regulations, prescribing requirements, and professional standards.

### Required Qualifications

- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York, New Jersey, or Florida, corresponding to the service location.
- Current DEA registration where required for the services and prescribing responsibilities involved.
- Comfortable providing care in patients’ homes and hotels.
- Reliable transportation for travel between patient visits.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to practice independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or mobile healthcare.
- IV therapy experience, where applicable to the services offered.
- Previous experience in concierge medicine, house calls, or community-based care.
- Experience with per-diem, PRN, or independent contractor assignments.

### Compensation & Schedule

Compensation is based on completed visits, with additional compensation available for qualifying services. Specific rates will be discussed during the hiring process.

Scheduling is flexible and will depend on provider availability, patient demand, and service-area needs. Independent contractor arrangements may be available, subject to confirmation.
