Family NP – Locum Tenens – Fayetteville, GA (Atlanta Area)

Job description

A multi-specialty medical office in the Fayetteville, GA (south Atlanta) area is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for outpatient locum tenens coverage. Setting is Family Medicine / Internal Medicine, supporting a busy outpatient clinic.

Schedule and coverage:
- Outpatient clinic, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Dates: 06/10/2026 - 09/30/2026
- Patients per shift: ~20
- No call required
- Reason for coverage: Supplemental

Provider will need time to complete a protocol agreement with the GCMB. Epic training is required (held every other week, 8:00am-4:30pm) and must be completed after credentialing and before start. Credentialing timeframe: approximately 21 days.

Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Certified (FNP)
- Licensed in GA only
- BLS required
- DEA required
- Insurance provided by vendor
